Today is my 1st blog. What shall I talk about? How about the deer I shot this year during Deer Season?
Well, I shot it on Wed, 11/16/11, near Milan, MO. It was a 9 pt buck. Really good size. I have a picture posted of it on my FB.
I took the deer to Meadville Meat Locker and had it processed. My freezer is full now.
Today, I made over 60 meatballs and baked them in the oven then put them in a big pot of spaghetti sauce and let them simmer. Tonight we have this for dinner!
